Discussing the training methods of ancient history you can also practice. Presenting ancient methods from the West to the East.
For the longest time, we have looked for knowledge, wisdom and inspiration from the past.
10 years ago we already started studying the old school bodybuilders from over 100 years ago and had heavy interest in all forms of martial arts from many different continents.
Later, we learned ancient Qigong and realized how much depth these ancient methods can possess. Over the years, we have learned countless martial arts and countless forms of strength and conditioning.
Of course, in the beginning we also practiced the modern methods but soon discovered obstacles and challenges the modern methods couldn't solve.
Moreover, many of the conventional training methods had traps and pitfalls we didn't want to deal with.
We learned to combine the old with the new. As a result, Athlete 20XX Method was born. This approach allowed us to produce the modern benefits but without the problems and side effects of the modern methodology.
Later, out of curiosity and pure luck we tried clubs & maces and fell in love with them. The results we experienced were completely different and out of this world.
While we wanted to further improve our functional strength, we started focusing on rope training, sandbags and more.
While modern methods can make you strong, the ancient methods will make you powerful.
This is the big difference.
Being strong means you have strength, being powerful means your strength has a purpose.
Being powerful is about your entire being and what you are able to do.
Throughout centuries and millennia many people have been powerful beyond measure. By adopting the ancient methods (that work phenomenally well), we have started to acquire the same strength, vigour and functionality.
What we are now excited to provide is historical and ancient strength combined with the benefits of modern knowledge.
The ancient man becomes the modern man.
The modern man becomes the ancient man.
Become powerful.
