When I was young, I heard so many stories of relatives talking about how fit and strong they were when they were young. At the time, these relatives were only 35-40 years old.
Nowadays, people think physical decline starts in the mid 20s and then it's just downhill from there. In reality, for most people their physical peak is at 35-45 years old and many are still incredibly fit and powerful in their late 50s.
Age is only one factor. What matters is what you have done and what you are doing with your years.
We have many members who are 70-80 years old doing our programs and they are doing well. In this podcast, we share many examples of individuals who were at the highest level in many physical activities at later ages.

Stay strong.
