What I'm doing in Melbourne? What has happened in the past 2 years and future plans.

n 2016, we (Eero and Samuli of VAHVA Fitness staff) got rid of most of our stuff and decided to travel the world while developing our new set of training methods.

We are originally from Finland (born and raised), but in order to get more perspective, knowledge and develop our training methodology further, we moved to Zagreb, Croatia where we spent around a year.

Before the trip VAHVA Fitness was already almost one year old and we had just released our groundbreaking Movement 20XX online course which quickly became a great hit. 

In order to take everything a step further, we had to step outside of our comfort zones and experience something new. We needed more experimentation, more research and more risk fueled action.

Croatia was a great place to spend a year in. Food was so good that we gained a few pounds and weather was a lot warmer than in Finland. The culture of Croatia was a mix of Slavic and Italian and the Balkans were strong people.

It was an amazing year with lots of new discoveries. The people we met and the experiences we acquired took our knowledge to a next level, but this was only the beginning.

In the summer of 2017 we moved to Malaysia for a few months which was another shocking experience: an Asian Muslim country where everything was different.

In Malaysia you could see the disparity between the poor and the rich and the massive differences between the Western and Eastern mentalities.

By continuing our research, stumbling upon new people and practicing kung fu, we again felt something new was acquired which we could share with our audience and people who support our message. 

Once our stay in Malaysia was over, we headed to down under, Melbourne Australia. Melbourne is a very delightful place to live and more positive than many parts of Europe.

In Australia we also started to bring all of our acquired information together into something tangible. 

This is how our next training system, Athlete 20XX, was basically born. It took years to research and months to develop and we are excited to say that so far it looks pretty damn good. 

Unlike most programs, this new system was born out of blood, sweat and tears. Through risk and reward. We know what's out there and we have tested our competition, and we are glad to say that there will be no competition.

Although traveling is an amazing experience, it's also a challenge where you have to step outside of your comfort zone. This is the most fulfilling and rewarding aspect of traveling and challenging yourself. 

It's impossible to reach a new level just by sitting at home and reading the scientific journal. In the world of physical fitness, the only way to discover something new is by doing it - to live the experience.

It wasn't just fun and games, in fact majority of the time of the travel we spent on working on our craft, publishing new videos and training our clients. 

We have been holding back a great deal of our knowledge and content to make it exclusive for Athlete 20XX but the time is almost here.

We are planning to release Athlete 20XX next week and it will be the next generation of working out.

When followed consistently, the system will have drastic effects on your ability to move and obviously your appearance as well. The way to look like an athlete is to train like an athlete.

Athlete 20XX will take training to the next level.

It will be a zero to hero program to develop an athletic physique with a mix of conventional and unconventional exercises. Unlike most programs, it will cover most of the attributes of athleticism.

Many programs claim to develop the athletic ability, but in reality fail to do so. If the program is a typical gym routine, then the benefits in universal strength and athleticism will be subpar at best. 

The biggest difference will be in HOW you do the exercises - the depth of this program is immense. How you do anything will matter the most when it comes to producing results. 

You will be the first ones to have the opportunity to test this new wave of training. There will be a large launch discount for our loyal subscribers.

Compared to Movement 20XX, Athlete 20XX will be more suited for a traditional gym environment and weights will also be used (there are no limits). 

The program will be for everyone from beginner to advanced who wants to develop their physique, increase their performance and become powerful.

The program has been optimized for normal people to reach the pinnacle of fitness but pro athletes could also utilize the program. It's an ambitious attempt to turn an average man into an athlete.

We have high hopes for this program and how it’s going to change the landscape of fitness. We want you to make amazing results with the program, transform your physique and become athletic beyond belief.
