Introducing the hardest strength test known to man... modified Warrior Sveppers. This is something the old school wrestlers have used to build enormous levels of strength.
Sveppers... something we learned a few years ago in the gruelling wrestling classes in Helsinki, Finland.
We used to do "wrestling conditioning" meaning we would wrestle and grapple nonstop for long periods of time in order to increase our conditioning and endurance.
After 1 hour of wrestling, we would finish the class with this partner workout called "Sveppers". Till to this day, we don't know where it originates from but probably from Finnish or Swedish wrestlers.
Sveppers was brutal and one of the hardest workouts you could do. I remember being sore for 2 weeks after the workout, especially in my forearms and traps. Soreness I had never felt before.
The purpose of this workout is to improve and develop all the muscles necessary in wrestling and grappling. Your hip drive, your grip strength and the strength endurance of your back, arms and shoulders.
Here is how the regular Svepper was structured: it consisted of 6 exercises (many demonstrated in the video) which you would do for X amount of time or reps.
After finishing the set, you would give the barbell to your partner and you would rest while the partner completed his or her repetitions.
With enough weight (even empty Olympic bars are heavy) you would be destroyed after finishing all the exercises and sets.
But we have good news for you (or bad news depending on how you take it). We have made this old school Sveppers routine even worse and even more brutal.
We have combined the methodology of Warrior 20XX with the old school Sveppers routine and the result is just out of this world.
The fact that Eero even completed this routine in the Warrior 20XX format with an empty barbell (20 kg / 45 lbs) is an astonishing feat for his size.
This routine has to be one of the hardest physical strength tests known to man. Obviously, this is advanced/elite level but it can be adjusted if you have access to lighter barbells.
The fact that it is done with a barbell makes the workout exceptionally difficult. Your forearms will be pumped with so much blood that it feels like the forearms will explode.

This routine we will be adding to Warrior 20XX in the near future. Right now, enjoy the trailer.
Once this gets added, we have raised the bar when it comes to physical fitness and what is possible. Only try this if you have already finished some of the advanced or elite routines of Warrior 20XX.
As a beginner, you need to build yourself up with the beginner/intermediate workout routines but sky is the limit in regards to how much you can progress.
This is the type of training that turns you into a machine (in a good way). This quality of being an unstoppable terminator is one of the most important qualities in many sports and especially in MMA, wrestling and martial arts.
Becoming a terminator comes with a sacrifice.
Nothing in the video is acted. Eero is in real discomfort... in real agony, yet he completed all 5 rounds.
The exercises alone won't look much but it's the workout format and method that makes the workout so effective and brutal.
Many times, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts and you should never judge any routine based on individual exercises.
Even in our lighter and softer programs like Morning Routine 20XX, you cannot really understand the effectiveness of the stability routine unless you give the routine a try.
So that's all for today. Soon this routine will be added to Warrior 20XX and we will be excited to see how people cope with it and what kind of results it can produce.
Stay strong.
