"Athlete 20XX became the vehicle I used to completely change my life. When I tell you I gave my 100% I truly mean it." - Here's Ethan's 1-year transformation with Athlete 20XX Method.
Ethan has been following Athlete 20XX for some time and made gigantic progress in many areas of physical and mental fitness. Here's Ethan in his own words:
I was in pain from nagging injuries and imbalances and found that while I had all the physical energy to push myself hard in training, I was ruled by a fear of taking a wrong turn and injuring myself further.
What I desperately needed was guidance to fix my problems and completely transform my life in the process. I then found Vahva Fitness and became obsessed with everything they had preached aligned with what I wanted.
This was an intelligent approach to training that fixed aches and pains caused by modern life and rigid training styles. I purchased Athlete 20XX which appealed to me as it covered a massive variety of human movement needs to build a well-rounded and powerful body.
I committed to this programme for one year and it became the vehicle I used to completely change my life. When I tell you I gave my 100% I truly mean it.
Below you can see Ethan's 1-year transformation. The body looks very balanced from everywhere with even proportions. This is a realistic 1-year transformation in regards to physical appearance.
Bear in mind that Ethan was a vegetarian and although it's possible to build muscle with a vegetarian diet, it's far from optimal when it comes to muscle building and performance.
Ethan not only transformed his physique but he was also able to get rid of injuries, weaknesses and imbalances which originally prevented him from pursuing his interests in Krav Maga and training in general.
Basically, in just 1 year Ethan managed to get rid of injuries/imbalances, got fit and athletic and added a considerable amount of mass to his frame.

Our methods and programs are holistic - they are not just for growing your pecs and biceps to look good in the mirror. You will improve yourself in every aspect from physical appearance to your confidence and athletic ability.
Most importantly, you will eliminate pain, stiffness and injuries which for many cause doubt and kill self-esteem (been there).
I didn't have the strength to pull ups, so I had to do negatives from a chair. My right shoulder was too unstable and in pain from years of poor training, so I had to use a dowel rod, the stick for overhead, press this just to train the movement.
Ethan is a great example of not giving excuses any power - Ethan's body was in pain from injuries and he didn't have the strength to do pull ups but he still found a way to train and make progress.
People in general give up too fast and too easily. When you have strong enough will you will find a way.
The good thing is that our programs and methods almost always provide alternatives and solutions to different exercises if something is too challenging or out of your reach at the time.
I've built a firm foundation that helped me understand a good deal of what I'm studying for with my personal training career. And in a circular fashion, I'm learning how to apply the knowledge there to my training.
I've learned a fair bit about activation exercises, rehabilitation, regressions of movements and anatomy.
I am now venturing into Krav Maga alongside my training, something I put off for many years because my shoulders and neck was so dysfunctional and prone to injury.

Today, Ethan has changed his diet and started eating meat. He has finished with Athlete 20XX Method for now but plans on continuing with Warrior 20XX and later with Movement 20XX.

I did start the programmes as planned and I gained a lot of benefits from them. I now consider myself a graduate of their programmes, although I am by no means a master of them, I simply have a higher calling to pursue what is meaningful to me with my own training.

I'm going to finish off the year with the Warrior 20XX and following that I'm going to start over with the Movement 20XX.
