It's time to stop the war of different training styles and bring unity to the game. A style without a system is a lost piece of the puzzle. An exercise without a methodology is a skeleton.
I've searched and studied the realm of physical development for a very long time. It all started as a way to make myself stronger and healthier.
This search expanded into a journey during which I practiced numerous different training styles: Calisthenics, bodybuilding, movement training, yoga, kettlebell training, weightlifting, running, qigong, functional training, high-intensity conditioning, dance and martial arts.
A capable, pain-free body helps us to get the most out of life. Why? Because we experience this life through our bodies and it carries us at every point of our earthly existence.
Depending on how weak or strong we perceive ourselves can change our whole life view and the actions we take.
However, not every training makes you stronger as a whole. Some are designed to boost your ego, to make you appear strong but be fragile inside. Some will make you strong in only one narrow area while others force you to follow a predestined path.
This is why I no longer concern myself with training styles. My focus for many years has been on creating comprehensive systems and methods.
A style without a system is a lost piece of the puzzle.
An exercise without a methodology is a skeleton.
If your training is causing you constant pains and aches and you try to fix it with mobility training or yoga, these different styles only go against each other.
If your training makes you stiffer and more imbalanced while trying to develop high-level athleticism they will not go together.
Without a proper internal methodology, an exercise is a mere external rack without substance.
You must understand the purpose and intention behind the exercises and how to derive the external form from your body. If you're blindly repeating exercises, no results are guaranteed.
Remember that unity is the most important factor when looking to master many different areas of fitness. Without it the pieces will never go together.
Having a proper methodology is what allows you to connect these areas so they're not against each other internally. It also gives you the tools to use the exercises in the safest most effective way possible.
I want to help you to avoid these common pitfalls and dissonances.
Our life work has been bringing seemingly separate styles together into a comprehensive system. Together they have the power to develop an incredibly balanced & powerful human body.
With the refined methodology, we aim to make you a conscious trainer who truly knows what he or she is doing and is capable of developing his or her body by will.
Ultimately, you will become a sovereign authority of your own body.
2022 Is On FULL BLAST
It's already March and we have accomplished several things in 2022:
- We added two new workout routines to Warrior 20XX Method. One with a barbell (Warrior Sveppers) and one with a resistance band (An Elastic Man).
- We made a major update to Athlete 20XX Method adding two new lessons and made a big methodological change in regards to how the exercise sets are done.
- Skill Master keeps getting better every month. In just 6 months you will have a superb set of skills. The program is now available with a $1 trial for 7 days!
- We also have a new FREE Training section with awesome stuff: free lessons, mobility class and of course The 10 Commandments of Universal Strength Training.
But this is really the only beginning. We have two massive projects lined up for 2022.
One will be very useful for health & fitness professionals while another will be a new soft Method for detoxing, restoring and balancing the body.
This year, we are also planning to write a book with all of our knowledge regarding nutrition, lifestyle and training. This should be very interesting since we have talked almost nothing about these topics.
Enjoy the video. Let's stop the war and bring unity to the game.
