The Symphony of Flowers – Qigong, Tai Chi, Flow by Eero Westerberg

April 12, 2023 by VAHVA Fitness

The Symphony of Flowers performed by master Eero Westerberg.

Stillness, the root of movement.

To flow with the Wind, merge with the Earth.

When the tempest is raging...
Dance with it.

Move from the core.
Move as ONE.
Find your Origin.
Plant your Roots.
Be United.

The ancient text Tao Te Ching states:

Express yourself completely,
then keep quiet.
Be like the forces of nature:
when it blows, there is only wind;
when it rains, there is only rain;
when the clouds pass, the sun shines through.

A question arises from this ancient text.

Are you expressing yourself completely?
Are you flowing with the cycles and rhythms of nature?

The answer can be found and it’s out there.

The answer is inside of yourself but most of us need a guide.

Look no further, the teacher appears:
