The 10 bodyweight skills anyone can learn with some practice. Very impressive movements yet reachable.

When it comes to life quality and training in general, your health, strength and posture always come first.


However, learning new skills is truly a fun pursuit that not only gives you something physical to work on but you can also surprise yourself and others with what you've mastered. You will only grow old when you stop learning.


Skill training should always be supplementary training and actual strength training that focuses on health, structural balance and strength should always be the foundation of your training.


Once you have this in mind, you will be able to avoid a lot of the problems and pitfalls that otherwise could have occurred from training. 


In this video, we covered over 10 bodyweight skills of a true Skill Master. These are the "base skills" you will learn straight off the bat in Skill Master Program (and more skills are released every month).


Each of these bodyweight skills comes with a lot of content and many videos. We not only cover the tutorials but Eero also teaches many preparatory strength/mobility exercises and gives additional advice.

Skill Master Program.


Movement 20XX Method is our most popular program and loved by countless people. People often wonder what is the difference between Movement 20XX Method and Skill Master - the difference is huge actually.


Movement 20XX Method is a full method that not only covers lots of skill training and flow movements but it also has strength training, mobility training, static strength, active flexibility and more.


Movement 20XX Method covers Animal Movement Strength Training which is a pure form of strength training. In general, Movement 20XX Method is a foundational strength training program that teaches you how to move and coordinate your body.


Inside Movement 20XX Method you will also find Movement MasterClass which is an in-depth online course into the philosophy, science and methods of movement training.


There are some similarities between the programs though although the content is 95% different. Movement 20XX Method has lots of skill training (50+ flow movements) but the movements tend to be faster to learn and more focused on developing the body.


Skill Master on the other hand focuses on "power moves" and more complex skills that often take longer to learn and a lot longer to master. 


Skill Master basically expands and goes deeper into the skill aspect which is why it's a fantastic companion to Movement 20XX Method.


Both programs work on their own as stand alone programs but when it comes to your physical foundation and potential, Movement 20XX Method is far more crucial for your development.


Skill Master has a massive amount of content though and lots of exciting skills to master. Although the program is pure skill training, you will also learn unique preparatory drills and transform the body into an athletic well-coordinated machine with a powerful core.


Both produce transformative effects (Movement 20XX Method significantly more) and offer great insights and education into the world of movement, taught by Eero Westerberg himself.
