Last Saturday, I participated in Savage Race 2019 and completed it successfully. The race had 28 obstacles that are different type of challenges like wall climbing, crawling under the iron fence, Colossus climbing and water sliding.
Challenges required different types of muscle movement. Movement 20XX program by VAHVA fitness helped to complete 24 obstacles.
It gave me the confidence to attempt the rest of the challenges, though I couldn't complete them. Without your fitness program, I would not have done it.
Now, I will get myself prepared for the next obstacle race in June and I'm sure Movement 20XX training will help me to complete all the obstacles.

I purchased Movement 20XX as a source of movement inspiration. I am a personal trainer and will be finishing my doctorate in physical therapy in the United States in May. I had always enjoyed programming for my clients for their specific goals and athletic development.
However, my own training had become monotonous and I was becoming bored with traditional athletic development and wanted to move more organically. I had discovered VAHVA Fitness on the internet and was highly impressed by Eero's control of his body and his strength. I wanted to move and flow like he did.
After several months of following Eero and Samuli's work, I decided to commit to purchasing a 6-month subscription to Movement 20XX. I was set to travel to Europe for 6 weeks followed by another clinical rotation away from home for another 10 weeks. Needless to say, I wanted to be able to train on the move with a program in hand that was kinetically inspiring.
Movement 20XX exceeded all of my expectations! The content is clean and well delivered, the programming is sound, and above all fun and inspiring. The monthly cycles are progressive and dose intensity and volume in a manner that does not create the need for copious rest and progress can always be made.
The movement progressions happen as such that each new cycle feels challenging but achievable. As I have gotten into the more advanced movements, I find myself taking my time and paying much attention to detail. I often review my movement quality against Eero's while training, which is incredibly easy as the website functions well on my smartphone.
As a rock climber and former rugby player on the cusp of my third decade, training nearly 6 months with Movement 20XX has increased my body control, built strength, increased mobility, produced a lean physique without unneeded mass, and has shown me just how capable of a mover I can become.
On par with participation in an internship at an extremely high level sports facility, Movement 20XX was the best investment for my own fitness and fitness knowledge that I have ever made.
Combining my fitness gains and knowledge learned with the outstanding customer service and passion of Samuli and Eero, I cannot recommend Movement 20XX enough! I only hope that one day, wherever their learning may take them, that we have the chance to train together and I can personally thank them.

Movement 20XX is definitely my personal fitness motivation 2018.
To train myself, I have been looking for a program that I could do at home, cause in my free time I really don’t wanna go to a fitness club.
Having tried different known fitness apps like Freeletics, I was quite disappointed that none of them really stroke me. The problem for me was always that I got bored by the basic moves that had to repeated a thousand times, but not beautifully or aesthetically combined.
Movement 20XX is the total opposite. In my opinion, it is a program for people who know how important it is to have a regular workout, who know how to work with a training plan and who are willing to go further to achieve long-lasting results.
For me, Eero has inspired me with his flowing animal and challenging athletic moves and combinations for several months now. His focus on quality instead of quantity makes the difference. The program gives a lot of freedom, but at the same time, I feel challenged and motivated knowing that the level will rise profoundly from month to month. The moves will become a huge challenge (I already sneaked into the program of the upcoming months) and this is really what keeps me repeating the workout as Eero has planned it to.

I am a Yoga teacher and have a deep appreciation for locomotive movement. I purchased the Movement 20XX program and was so impressed with the format and break down of movements for each exercise.
Clearly, dynamic movement and mobility are at the heart of Movement 20XX. I love the primal animal-like flow and how it compliments my yoga practice with strength and stability. It is super fun and an effective method of exercise, body awareness, concentration and coordination.

I had been following VAHVA Fitness on YouTube for about 2 years when I decided to purchase the Movement 20XX program. As a fitness enthusiast and yoga teacher for over 2 decades, I have developed a solid foundation of strength and flexibility, so was skeptical that there could be much for the program to teach me.
Boy was I wrong! This program incorporates animal movement, dance, bodyweight strength training, and mobility drills to create a whole new level of physical ability I didn't even know was possible. I realize now that even with all the time I spent in a gym and on a yoga mat, I was missing out on critical components of fitness and strength.
At first I was humbled by the difficulty of some of the moves. I could lift heavy weights and do the splits, but moving my body in all these new dimensions and ways was a whole new challenge. The exercises are broken down in easy-to-understand snippets, and are designed to allow anyone at any level of fitness to get started at a level that is right for them.

I purchased the Movement 20XX program in October 2018, because at that moment of my life I felt stuck, not enjoying the workouts I was doing (it was more about cardio, calisthenics and sometimes weight training), and also I was bored of the repetitions and just the training itself without a structure. I was so happy when I have found the Movement program, it was exactly what I needed.
I watched a great number of videos on You Tube about VAHVA Fitness and their programs and immediately fell in love with Movement 20XX so I purchased it right away. I was following the program for a couple of months when I started noticing that the pain I was having in my hips for a while suddenly melted away, like I never had it in the first place! I couldn’t believe it! I was able to take long walks again and enjoy spending time in nature.
Movement is great, it makes the body flexible, helps with mobility, plus you get stronger every day and you don’t feel like you are training. It is so much fun learning new movements or trying out different animal moves. I can even play with my dog while so called “train”, and it makes the whole process even more fun.
Having experienced and played with Movement I felt like I needed something more, that my body could handle some new challenges. I trusted Eero and his expertise throughout Movement 20XX, so I went ahead and purchased the Athlete 20XX. I have just finished the program at the time of writing and I cannot be happier and more satisfied than I am right now.
I have noticed tremendous changes in my body, especially upper body, more specifically in my arms. I have never had so much visible muscle in my life! I can finally do pushups and it feels so easy. It is unbelievable how in such a short period of time a body can go through such changes. I have also lost some weight, which was my purpose anyway but it is actually a side effect of doing the program.
Another great thing is that I can start the program again and I actually can’t wait to do that. Every day there are different trainings, so it doesn’t get repetitive and it is still enjoyable. And what’s even better is that you can combine both programs and get the most results out of them.
All I can say is anyone who purchases either of the programs will not be disappointed and can feel their body moving like it was intended to, like it was born to move.

I was introduced for the first time to the concept of ‘movement’ by some YouTube videos by Ido Portal a couple of years ago. I was much inspired by this (had been doing ‘functional training at a YMCA for a few years) and immediately became enthralled with the movement idea.
A big problem was, WHERE to begin??? I am 77 years old and what Ido Portal was doing was clearly altogether beyond my reach. Nevertheless, I could not get over my fascination and the feeling of promise that movement training offered —and that’s when I discovered Eero!
Fantastic! I watched numerous of his videos and saw how genuine and inspired he was and best of all that he was offering a very basic, elementary approach, one step at a time, starting from the ground up. This I could find nowhere else and so was invaluable to me.
I have now completed Movement20XX with absolute satisfaction. So much so that when Athlete20XX came along I purchased that also. I have confidence that it will be excellent, but have not yet begun it as I can’t give up continuing to work on improving moving!
My body never feels more finely tuned than when I’ve completed a movement practice. It’s just that good.
