Qigong Wiring Techniques for Body Alignment & Energy Circuits

August 26, 2026 by VAHVA Fitness

Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan reveals high level refinement techniques for Buddhist Qigong. This is amazing for healing, mobility, postural alignment and energy circulation.

Qigong should work like good wine. The older you get, the higher the quality should be.

That is the standard all qigong practitioners should adhere to.
This is what the grandmaster means when he says:

If you wake up and need twenty minutes just to walk to the toilet, something is not working.

If you teach healing, internal martial styles and qigong but cannot even walk straight without pain, that is a contradiction.

If you are a master of this and a master of that but cannot deliver real results, that is also a contradiction.

"We have to be real".

We are interested in the real face of truth.

The Energy Circuits Are Hidden Behind Symbolism

In qigong, we have three energy centers — upper, middle and lower dantian — and the classical movements are built to connect them.

Where the hands go, where they rest, what they touch: none of it is arbitrary. Each position closes a current, the way a wire closes a circuit.

Here is one example: There is a familiar gesture in the
Shu Jin Gong Buddhist Form that looks like holding a stick of incense, and most people think it's only about symbolism.

The hands are in contact with specific points, and a circuit closes in the head. The symbolism is the surface. The wiring is the point.

Once you understand this, three things become evident.

The first is order. Some movements charge the body, others transfer what has been charged. Perform them out of sequence and you are only dancing with nice hand positions. No energy moves because no energy was accumulated.

The second is softness. The soft body makes the energy flow. The tense body blocks it. Don't use too much force, sometimes a tiny touch is enough. Let your mind and body be soft and calm. This is Health Qigong, not Fighting Qigong.

The third is alignment. None of it works in a body that is out of place and not properly aligned.

When the alignment is correct, the position stops being a simple pose and becomes whole-body work. Neck, arms, shoulders and trunk to your calves and feet are all connected.

You stop being a collection of parts and become one muscle. This is when you know are doing it correctly, when the entire fascia chain is activated.

Use Everything Like a Toolbox

A collection of exercises should be viewed as a toolbox, with each movement serving a specific purpose depending on the needs of the practitioner.

If you need a hammer, take the hammer. When you have a handful of techniques and forms, you can already go far.

There is not one technique that fits for everything because life is fundamentally about polarity.

Fire - strength and power require fundamentally opposite practices than water - calmness and relaxation.

Balance is not about finding a balanced approach. True balance is balancing both hardness and softness in a way that both are practiced at their extremes but never too much and never for too long.

This is what you will ultimately learn inside the courses at WarriorNeigong.com - methods and techniques to help you in every situation you encounter in life.

Stay strong.
