PhD in Sports Science endorses Athlete 20XX & Qigong Courses

PhD in Sports Science and a wrestling champion many times over shares his thoughts on Athlete 20XX and Qigong courses by Vahva Fitness.

This time, we have a former national, European and Olympic level wrestler who is also well educated in strength & conditioning (PhD in Sports Science among others) and health & fitness.

Previously, we have also had Jorge, a doctor in physical therapy recommend the Vahva courses.

Needless to say that although our programs and methods are excellent for beginners (the fundamentals are always the same for everyone), they also contain a higher level education and knowledge for the experienced trainers, teachers and coaches.

We simply try to do our best to bring something different and special to the fitness industry whether it's in the realm of Qigong or functional fitness and movement.

How I found Vahva team was actually over Jiang Yu Shan, the professional monkey Kung Fu expert. I bought Monkey Fist Door 24 Set. 


Afterward, I also bought Athlete 20XX. Also bought the morning routine and abs training just to update myself and to learn more. To become better in all this.


Of course for the Monkey Kung Fu I love it. That's excellent. And Athlete 20XX is also really good stuff.
