Regina Zwilling is a yoga teacher with 25 years experience in yoga and fitness who joined Movement 20XX many years ago when she was looking for new ways to develop the body.
Hi there, my name is Regina and I live in the United States and the Pacific Northwest. And I have been a yoga teacher and fitness enthusiast for probably 25 or more years now. I love moving my body and I love feeling how strong and flexible I can be.
Despite her experience, Movement 20XX Method was able to offer something new and special. In her own words, Movement 20XX took Regina to "new levels."
When it comes to acrobatics and more complex movements, a lot of people have lots of fear and uncertainty in regards to whether they can progress at all.
We are proud to say that Movement 20XX Method is a perfect program for complete beginners because it starts from the very basics and gradually gets harder at your own pace.
The later parts of the program are very advanced though which will provide challenges even for elite athletes.
Movement 20XX has been one of the things that has taken me to new levels. I love how the program is laid out.
When I first saw Eero move, I was just in awe of his grace and agility and ease and his creativity of movement. And I thought, oh, even with my background, like there's no way I could ever do that. And his program, really, it breaks things down into very simple-to-follow steps.
So, you don't jump into the hardest movements, he gives you progressions with basic and something for everyone. And that's been a huge help to me.

One of the pillars of Movement 20XX is called the Variability Method. By expressing your body in many unique and versatile ways, your body can avoid a lot of overuse injuries that come with conventional forms of exercise.
Doing something new and different is also a fun way to keep the training fresh and most importantly keep your mind and central nervous system fresh.
It also helps with keeping my body feeling really pain free and mobile. And, you know, if you do the same thing over and over, whether it's weights or yoga or any type of workout program, it can take a toll on your body, it can be stressful on your joints, the repetitive movements, and with Eero’s program I've never felt that.
