New Movement 20XX trailer demonstrating what's the course like. Also Q&A!

Movement 20XX has been out for some time now and since then hundreds of happy users have started learning movement and getting fit.

Here's a new trailer to better demonstrate what's the course like.

Movement 20XX includes tons of content created to help you to become fit, strong and functional in movement and everything else.

Movement 20XX is not just about learning movement - half of the content is traditional strength & mobility training.

This is because you will not reach your full potential by practicing movements alone -  you need to do some strength & mobility work to maximize your potential.

Proper strength & mobility training combined with movement training will produce the best results. Not only will strength training transfer to better movement ability, building strength will also make your muscles grow.

We don't just want to move well. We want to look and feel good while doing it.

Mobility training will ensure your structure can actually do many of the movements and that your body stays healthy and injury-free.

Posture and structural balance were top priorities when me and my team started working on Movement 20XX. Healthy posture and structure are the pillars that will allow you to grow to your full potential in strength, size and functionality.

Movement 20XX strength training is completely done with bodyweight exercises. Bodyweight exercises work as effectively as the weights if you do it right. Many calisthenics trainees and gymnasts are huge and bodyweight training is the only style of training they do.

However, movement training alone can produce phenomenal results as well.

Especially your core will be trained to its maximum because most of the movements require tons of strength from the abs and obliques.

It's not an accident that many athletes and dancers have very defined and strong core musculatures

By training movement and working on mobility you can expect to increase your mobility, flexibility, coordination, agility and body control.

Movement training will make your shoulders, legs and core grow almost as well as strength training will.

You need pulling work (like pull ups) for the back, biceps and forearms - this is one of the reasons why pulling exercises (10 progressions) are included in Movement 20XX.
