This is what we've been working on for the past few months and we are excited to announce it's finally here!
Movement 20XX covers both strength and mobility. The course also has countless of different flow elements ranging from breakdance to capoeira to dance.
- Main elements: Lizard crawl, climbing and squat.
- Flow elements: high flow, low flow and ground flow elements.
The movements you saw in the video are part of Movement 20XX. Every element and progression is taught in a simple easy-to-follow way.
There are total of 10 progressions for each main element (there are 3 main elements) and 40 flow elements to keep you busy. We also have clear exercise templates and workout schedules to make the course easy for everyone to follow.
