How Chris managed to eliminate pain in his body, build muscle and learn how to move thanks to joining Movement 20XX program 3 years ago.
Chris is a great example of someone who has gotten great results thanks to staying consistent and making fitness part of his lifestyle.
Like many others, Chris initially found our videos because he was experiencing pain in his ankles, knees, hips and elbow. Chris joined our mobility class (now this class is a free bonus of Skill Master) and found help to his issues.
Once you start to get pain-free, you can really start moving the body and expressing yourself in so many incredible ways.
Over the last 3 years, Chris has become a great mover and the great thing is that with the proper training methods the sky is the limit. There is literally no limit to how good you can get.

Hi, my name is Chris Inman. And about three years ago, I was experiencing a lot of pain and my ankles and knees and hips, even had an elbow issue as well. And I found VAHVA fitness's Free mobility workout online and I started doing that, and I started to find improvements.
I also saw Eero doing the lizard crawl along with a lot of other cool movements. So, I was interested in sure. I wanted to not only get rid of the pain, but also just move like that and get healthy as well. So, I bought Movement 20XX, and it was incredible.
The program teaches you all the basics of strength, while also keeping it really interesting with learning new movements. He breaks them down; helps you learn them from a very beginner level. But also, still very challenging.
So, through the process of the six-month program, I learned body awareness. I noticed I put on muscle. And I've just felt a lot better, all the pain went away.
I'd also like to say that his program does a really good job at managing volume. A lot of programs out there seem to throw too much work at beginners, and you end up feeling really beat down and really sore the next day.
Eero’s programs does a really good job at managing the amount of volume that he throws at you so that you can scale up and so that you're not overdoing it.
I would recommend this program to anyone. It really set me up for a lifestyle of fitness. I'm a huge fitness fanatic now, and I just enjoy the movement patterns that I've learned.
There's nothing better than going to an EDM concert. Everybody's going nuts and I will make some space for myself and dance like crazy and use Eero’s moves. And it's a great time. That's probably my favorite form of self-expression.
