Hi there! My name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach here at VAHVA Fitness. I was never an athlete and only started to workout in my early 20s.  By developing a new set of methods and training styles I have managed to transform my physique and physiques of my students.

I want to let you know that it's possible for you to become athletic, mobile and transform your physique. With the right training methods anyone of any age can transform how they move!
