Michael Aalto from Finland shares his experience with Vahva programs and Qigong courses - particularly how the programs helped him to develop painless free movement.
Meet Michael, a martial arts and fitness enthusiast from Finland who has utilized all the 20XX Programs and qigong courses for several years now. Michael in his own words:
Hi. My name is Michael and I'm from Finland. I've been into martial arts my whole life, doing many different kinds of arts and at the time focusing on submission wrestling, which I just started.
I found Eero's programs through YouTube where I got immediately attracted to the different variety of movement, strength, athletic training, Qigong and martial arts inspired training.
It's been two years since I bought the Trinity bundle and it has helped me tremendously to move with painless free movement.
Michael is a great proof that you don't need to be on the light side to start learning movement and expressing your body.
You don't even need to be young. Michael is over 40 years old and over 100 kilos (225 pounds) - and he describes being able to move better than he was in his 20s and 30 kilos (65 pounds lighter). That's something!
However, Michael is still on the young side - the oldest people that follow our programs that we know of are over 70 and 83 years of age.
I'm over 40 years of age and over 100 kilos weight and I still move even better when I was in my 20s and thirty kilos lighter. So it's been tremendous help for all areas of martial arts and all areas of my life.
When it comes to working out and fitness, the most effective workout is the one you actually do. The best program is the one you can stay consistent with and enjoy following.
The problem with regular gym workouts is that for most people they aren't fun and enjoyable to do. Like, doing chest flyes on a machine doesn't get people excited (and for a good reason).
The best part about movement training and our workouts is that they are both easy and fun to follow but still extremely effective and challenging. Movement 20XX Method has so much variety that it's impossible to get bored.
Warrior 20XX workouts on the other hand are very easy to follow because Eero is pushing you and motivating you in every workout.
The one thing that has kept me going with Vahva, I have been doing multiple other programs as well and tried different products from different people, but with Vahva Fitness programs I find these workouts are very fun to do.
It's easy to keep going and get stuck with the program and to finish it because the workouts are really fun, inspiring and challenging and it makes it very easy to follow them through and train.
It's a normal human need to need variety. We wanted to explore the full spectrum of training and enjoy the full spectrum of our bodies and life in general.
