Modern inventions, luxuries and conveniences have made us weak both mentally and physically. The primal body alone has everything to thrive, there’s no need to be dependent on modern inventions.
We have no pain sensitivity (or tolerance) and are disconnected from our bodies. We are no longer in tune with the very thing that makes existence possible and vibrant - our bodies.
Our quality of life relies on the vitality and health of our bodies. You sense everything through your body. The healthier and stronger the body, the better is your experience of life.
Yet, we neglect the thing that is the most important to us. We abuse the body with toxic foods, chemicals and bad lifestyle habits. When we use the body, we abuse it further with ego driven training.
Deep down we all have the longing to return to the roots. To discover our primordial nature and find the missing link that was long lost under the noise of dysfunctional culture.
For the last 10 years I have done almost nothing but my best to rediscover the essence… to look for a way out from the mainstream culture and find a path into the body. To the root of my being.
I’ve developed methods and found keys to the body’s timeless wisdom that is within all of our reach.
Through breath, movement, realignment, relaxation and contraction, disconnection and connection and the power of the mind you can liberate yourself and awaken something that has long been asleep.
