Inquisition of Animal Spirit

April 24, 2018 by VAHVA Fitness

Let's tap into the ancient source of knowledge and summon the animal spirit. You are naturally strong, mobile and healthy!

All creatures of the universe naturally move gracefully without ever needing to do any type of exercise.

The reason why we humans have to exercise is that we are not living naturally, organically and in the flow. May sound woo-woo, but this is indeed the case.

We close ourselves off from our own senses and our own body. We start to live according to rigid rules and structures. We lose the natural organic nature of movement and life.

It's like we have been put into a packet where we cannot freely express ourselves. When you never fully express yourself, you become the reflection of your limitations.

The solution and cure? Start expressing yourself. We have said time and time again that free flow requires courage. You have to step outside of your comfort zone and just start exploring with different movements and movement patterns.

It's OK to look silly sometimes. In fact, you should look silly quite often because seriousness is a form of rigidity.

It doesn't matter how good you look as long as you move. Eventually you will look great to someone else as long as you keep moving.

Many of us have or have had limitations such as "this is not for a person like me", "I could never be good at this" or "I am not naturally talented for this."

Every human being is naturally talented for movement. It's in our DNA. It's our birthright just as it is the birthright of all creatures of the universe.

You don't even have any idea how good you can be until you try and spend some time on moving.

We do understand that some of us have more limitations than others, both physically and mentally. The solution is still the same for everyone: start breaking the limitations!

The reason why we need conventional exercise is that it's medicine to our unnatural lifestyles where many of us basically sit in one posture for hours till the end (computer use or television use).

Conventional exercises work and they are great to do, but the most important part of breaking free out of the rigid structures is to start moving the body as a whole.

Start moving more in your daily life and expressing yourself more courageously.

Movement 20XX online course is a combination of both free movement patterns and conventional exercises. The whole purpose of the program is to open up your body and discover the natural limber state of the body.

This state is naturally strong, mobile and healthy.

Movement 20XX is the beginning to freedom, but it's only the beginning. Just now we are also working on Athlete 20XX which will be the complete opposite of Movement 20XX.

First, you free yourself and free your body out of the rigid structures. Then, you start building your own structures to enhance your performance and become more powerful than ever before.

While Movement 20XX is the beginning, Athlete 20XX will be the end. These two will complete the circle and you will become the master of both worlds.

There is still time to master Movement 20XX, but once Athlete 20XX comes out, it will change the game.

Excited to share more with you soon.

Train hard, stay safe.

  • Is there going to be an overlap between Movement 20xx and Athlete 20xx as far as mobility and flexibility? I’m expecting to buy and start Movement 20xx in 3 weeks but the text above makes it sound that Athlete 20xx is going to make the previous one obsolete… I’ve been doing calisthenics (bar, floor, rings) for 1.5 years now and right now I want to grow in this direction: More flexibility and mobility and skills (calisthenics and gymnastics) and Mobility 20xx looked very promising to achieve the first two but now I’m wondering… Please advise…

    • Hi Alexander! Movement 20XX will be the program for flexibility, mobility and movement training. Athlete 20XX won’t make Movement 20XX obsolete since they will be completely different programs with different focuses and different exercises.

I will make a video about the differences at some point, but I’d recommend people to start with Movement 20XX and then later continue with Athlete 20XX although both programs work great alone as well.

  • Immediately went to read the article after i watched the Video on Youtube.
I absolutely agree with what is written here!
    Great content with great value

  • Hi Eero,
Thanks a lot for your motivating thoughts! Yes, there is more than conventional exercise. And give your mind a flow as well …

  • It’s so enjoyable to watch you moving! It’s always a pleasure to see people who have found freedom for themselves, keep going 🙂
