How to Contract Your Complete Abdominals

How to contract each abdominal muscle individually. This is the ancient art of mind-muscle connection and muscle control. Muscle control is one of the bedrocks of my methods.

The intricacies of the human body are not obvious to most people. Even people who're supposed to be experts of the human body: trainers & coaches, tend to gravely simplify the functions and abilities of our physiques.

This video showcases some of the lengths to which the control of the human body can be taken.


Do you need to be able to control every section of your abdominals individually? No, but as a principle, mind-muscle connection should be basic education and knowledge for every trainer and practitioner.

Body awareness is like a mirror from which you can observe in real-time everything that's going on inside your body. The more you practice the clearer the mirror becomes.

It helps you to develop any area to its maximum potential, to produce maximal strength and stability and to keep your joints safe no matter your age and shape.

There should be a rudimentary skill of muscle control and awareness. How far you want to take it depends on your interests.

We approach training fundamentally as an internal art. This doesn't mean that when you start our training you will immediately be bombarded with philosophical and abstract terms that afterwards you're unsure how to even move your finger.

Quite the opposite, everything in our methods, no matter how deep, is grounded in practical workouts and routines. The internal approach and philosophy are embedded into everything we do and will gradually trickle down to your bones, sinews, muscles and mindset.

Once the seed is planted it will evolve and grow as long as you keep moving.
