Andrew from USA shares how Movement 20XX helped him to regain his health and mobility after training weighted calisthenics for 7 years.
Andrew has a pretty similar story to us - he started with calisthenics and weighted calisthenics in particular and after a while was of course seeing some good results.
"My name is Andrew Rush. I'm from the USA and I've been working out for about seven years now. Mainly calisthenics and weighted calisthenics. But for the past year and a half, I've been doing movement 20XX pretty intensely."
This is what we initially did as well. Little did we know that this path later would lead to lots of injuries and a stiff body with poor transference to universal athleticism.
