Extreme hardening techniques by the monkey kung fu grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan.
"Let's break a stone.", said grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan to Eero after our long filming session.
Eero had this bewildered expression on his face like "really? We are just going to take a random stone on the ground and break it in half using our hands?".
I had never seen this happen before. These were not fake stones or bricks they use in TV shows – these were real hard stones and pretty big ones as well.
But as you know, grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan doesn't have the typical hands. His hands have been hardened after decades of hardening techniques of Monkey Kung Fu.
The hands look gigantic, the skin feels hard as iron and you can feel the power. Yet, the grandmaster has complete mobility in his fingers and wrists, and his hands are perfectly healthy.
This is the secret of Monkey Kung Fu other disciplines like Karate lack. If you do this type of training without the proper medicine and methods, you can expect to have crippled hands when you get older.
This is one type of training we filmed in Taiwan and even put all of it into an online course at WarriorNeigong.com (Internal & External Kung Fu).
This was our 4th trip to Taiwan back in 2020 during the COVID outbreak. The trip happened during the ghost month of Taiwan where at the beginning we had to stay 2 weeks in a strict police monitored quarantine.
It wasn't easy to get to Taiwan at this time, the borders were closed but thanks to the extensive connections of grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan, we managed to get inside the borders.
It wasn't cheap and Jiang Yu Shan really had to extend his network in the higher places of Taiwanese society to make the trip happen. But we felt like we still had to do it.
Earlier the same year we had just released Health & Fighting Qigong course that people absolutely loved and were asking for more.
At the time, the situation with COVID, lockdowns and restrictions looked grim and we had to make rapid decisions regarding the trip. We are happy that we did.
We spent two long months in Taiwan and filmed dozens of hours mind-blowing material. Eventually, we released 3 new courses with the grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan: Internal & External Kung Fu, Monkey Fist Door 24 Warrior Set and "The Grand Circle".
For the first time ever, these methods were revealed to the broader public. We made waves in the martial arts community. Shaolin monks and Shaolin abbots across the world reached out to the grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan in the hope of learning from him.
So far, hundreds of people have joined the courses and the Inner Door Prospects of Jiang Yu Shan community. People are continuing to get stronger and more powerful in ways most people cannot even comprehend.
These are techniques and methods that are not common. These are not mainstream and are normally kept as secrets. Only due to the rebel nature of grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan, this information is now made available.
