We believe in different phases where we devote sometimes all of our time and focus on just one area. We move according to the rhythms of our bodies and nature in general.
We keep a steady pace in our training regardless of the phase but we don't get fixated on one single way. We move in harmony and most importantly, we flow like water.
This is ancient wisdom implemented in the modern day. This is the way we have managed to train extremely hard and achieve a lot but without causing any long term damage to the body.
This is incredible rare and almost nonexistent in the field of fitness and sports where most high performers have broken bodies and rely on supplements and surgeries to keep going.
