BJJ Competitor reporting massive gains in muscle (12 pounds) & muscular endurance with 20XX Programs

BJJ competitor Chance shares his experience working with Warrior 20XX and Movement 20XX for one and half year.

Chance (USA) is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a serious competitor in BJJ competitions. Back in 2020 Chance joined Movement 20XX and a half a year later added Warrior 20XX to his training regimen.

Here is Chance describing his experience in his own words:

I have seen massive gains, went from 143 to 155, I plan on continuing to grow that weight. I want to be comfortable at 160 to 165 and drop down to jiu jitsu competition at 155 (pounds).

The massive benefits that I have gotten from Warrior 20XX and the year and half long training I have been doing Movement 20XX have been huge, they have changed my game when it comes to my martial arts specifically jiu jitsu I have noticed huge differences.

And Warrior 20XX has given me muscle conditioning to outlast most of my competition. Even in training I’m able to go a few hours without taking many breaks.

Chance is not the only BJJ practitioner following our programs. We have black belts doing either Movement 20XX, Athlete 20XX or Warrior 20XX.

The most notable is the 2-time European ADCC champion Perttu Tepponen (video with him coming out soon) who has been improving his strength and athletic ability with Athlete 20XX Method.

Lots of martial artists from different Kung Fu styles to Taekwondo, Karate and MMA are utilizing these methods and with very good results.

It's not a surprise our programs attract martial artists and fighters because we are martial artists ourselves and the programs are what we are doing to improve our performance and ability in martial arts as well.
