Today, we have Annie sharing her experience with Movement 20XX Method which she recently completed for the first time:
I got the Trinity Bundle. Of the three courses, I have finished the Movement 20XX Course and absolutely loved that.
First of all, I just loved the structure of it. I felt like I could trust the progression of the month to month and I found a lot of fun with the flows. Those flows gave me a lot of room for creativity, which I think in a lot of the fitness world isn't necessarily the case.
And to this day I find ways to incorporate those movements in my everyday life, whether I'm just kind of having fun at the park or even walking down the street.
We all know it: the modern fitness world is extremely dogmatic. You have to do everything in a certain way.
But true movement is not like this and life is not like this either. What your body and mind both need is variety to stay fresh and young. This part of creativity is an innate part of being a human and we don't see why your training cannot be artistic and creative as well.
The Movement 20XX Course is so solid because I felt like I was taking care of my body in such a balanced way. I definitely found that my upper body strength increased a lot, which I was super happy about because I was kind of struggled working on that part of the body and so I loved that course a lot. And I'm currently working on the Athlete 20XX course.
When it comes to variety, Movement 20XX Method is probably the most versatile program out there. It's impossible to get bored when the flows and workouts are constantly changing and evolving.
There's a method to the madness though: nothing in the program is by accident and everything is structured progressively in a way that you will develop a balanced and strong physique.
When we first started training, we neglected many parts of our body and suffered bad consequences as a result. We made sure Movement 20XX Method develops all joint articulations and works on all the necessary elements for a functional and athletic body.
I also have adopted the morning routine. So the morning routine has two different approaches. You can do mobility and or stability. The mobility is really great because you just focus on moving your joints to their full range of motion. And when I do that every morning, I am reminded of how good it feels to take care of my body in that way.
Taking care of your health is never a mistake. When you feel good, you will do good. The purpose of Morning Routine 20XX was to help you take charge of your morning so you can take charge of how you feel.
The program is also great for getting rid of pain and stiffness but the greatest benefit is controlling your brain chemistry and giving you a fresh start each day.
I am just so grateful for what I've already done and I will know for a fact that I'll be returning to these courses and what I've picked up on these courses for the rest of my life. I'm constantly learning.
I think that if you're looking to try new things and take care of yourself in a very sustainable and creative way, that you'll definitely want to check out some of these programs and learn from them.
