Combining animal movement flow (Movement 20XX Method) with the power moves of Skill Master.
There is a big difference between Movement 20XX Method and Skill Master Program.
Movement 20XX is primarily strength training with some elements of skill training. Skill Master is dominantly skill training with some supplementary strength training.
Movement 20XX Method focuses on flow movements - movements that are easy and fast to learn but are very effective in building the body and developing different attributes of the body.
Skill Master focuses on "power moves" - moves that usually take longer to learn and are more challenging in nature. Some power moves may take a year to master whereas almost everyone can do a bear walk almost right away.
Your movement can become very interesting once you combine fluid movement flow (Movement 20XX) with occasional power moves to spice up your flows. You will also see results in the development of your body.
In Skill Master we want you to join this journey of discovering your body's capabilities and learning beautiful bodyweight skills.
Skill Master is a fantastic program in case you are interested in:

If you are more advanced, you will be learning very cool applications (with elbow lever alone you can do additional 5-10 applications) and of course movements you probably haven't done before (like Flying Daggers or Helix Spin).
For example, we LOVE the Flying Daggers movement. In the program we cover many variations of it. Flying Daggers is a skill that originates from Martial arts.
Flying Daggers has a double function. Firstly, it opens up the shoulder girdle, upper back and deltoids for swift, relaxed and sharp movement.
But secondly, it also develops explosive rotational body mechanics for efficient power delivery that can be utilized for example in punching and throwing.
The skills we cover in Skill Master hide in themselves highly functional patterns of body control. These are not just for the show but can also help you perform better in many areas.
