Currently, we have a war against individual experience and the wisdom of ancient masters. Peer-reviewed studies can provide good supportive information but alone they are not sufficient because health & fitness go far beyond the current state of science.

Here is a very important podcast where we discuss the wisdom of ancient methods and how limited the science based approach actually is.

We consider peer-reviewed studies supplementary data that may or may not apply to you as the individual. It should never be the sole authority figure dictating how you should train or how you should live.
