Proper recovery is an arm form that will maximize the results from your workouts. It's not just about taking care of the body but also about taking care of your mind.

In this podcast, we go deep into the different forms of recovery.


The reality is that the better you learn how to train, the better you will also need to learn how to recover. 


This is the Yin & Yang of fitness and both sides are necessary to produce the optimal results especially when we get more mature.


We will cover physical forms of recovery (mobility, flexibility, daily movement) but also lifestyle and mental forms of recovery which include contrast therapy, meditation, dopamine fasts, relaxation techniques and more. 


We will also touch on how to eliminate stress and anxiety from your life by letting go off control and learning how to relax.


This, by far, has been one of the most important things I have learned in my life.
