Posture is something that has been overlooked and misunderstood by most training styles.


In fact, a lot of ways of training in the long run can make your posture worse and not better. 


This is because many forms of training prioritize external goals (lifting a certain amount of weight or achieving certain skills) over the health & posture of your body (the internal qualities). 


This will of course come with a cost – you will surely get better at the task you are trying to get better at but your overall well-being and general health will suffer.


We believe the ultimate physique is the one that is the most balanced and healthiest in every possible aspect. This is the physique that not only makes you perform well in the gym but also outside of it.
