The Ancient Method to Regain Your Internal Power & Focus

Why you have yet to discover the innate powers of your body? Learn here how.

Creating harmony within oneself for the betterment of the mind and body has long roots in ancient history.

But these extraordinary traditions and the wisdom they carry have not reached many people, especially in the western culture.

We tend to think that training and fitness were discovered quite recently. Yet, thousands of years ago human beings had discovered training concepts that our modern mind can barely even grasp.

One of the culminations of these ancient findings was an art form called- Qigong.

Much like kung fu, Qigong has become an umbrella term which covers a huge number of different practices and aims.

The original methods have also largely become watered down and incomplete. If you manage to find authentic and well preserved teachings consider yourself lucky.

///////

Despite the variety of practices we see nowadays, the most fundamental purpose of real qigong has always been profound energization, awakening and healing of the body.

Whether 2000 years ago or right now it has the power to pull your body and being out of the slumber.

This is all achieved by utilizing movement and breath guided by the mind. Although completely natural it’s done with incredible sophistication and concentration which has made it difficult to replicate without proper guidance.

///////

But what separates this training practice from many others?

Qigong offers the principles to train and stimulate one’s body even if you were bedridden.

Whether you’re the world’s strongest man or the most out of shape person makes no difference.

If you can breathe and you have your consciousness you have the minimum requirements to practice Qigong.

These methods have the means to remove stagnation and deep rooted adhesion.

Everything within our bodies from the different fluids to the connective tissues becomes movable and softens as a result.

You can gradually elevate your state and charge your body with energy.

An old Chinese proverb summarizes the effects of qigong well “running water does not grow stale”

///////

You can think of Qigong like this:

Imagine a dried, withering and shrivelled tree. It appears old and decaying because of its condition.

Now, you give it water and nutrients and the more it absorbs all the goodness the more it is able to repair itself and rid itself of toxins.

The dents and cracks are smoothened and the leaves can sprout and emerge with vivid colors.

A human being is not very different. When you feed it what it needs it thrives - and this is what the ancient master studied and refined over millennia.

What we may not realize is that we need nurturing not just in edible foods but in exercise.

Ancient Qigong works like a prescription to preserve our health and vitality. It can reinvigorate our body and mind but also help them to reach their full potential and florescence.

It served as an antidote against the impact of degenerative lifestyle and diseases a thousand years ago. I would say that it’s much more gravely needed in our modern times.

So let’s not forget this vital breath and motion and the mind we have to guide them.

Be at peace and stay strong.
