A weak mind ruling the body results in a weak body. A strong mind ruling the body results in a strong body.
Want to build your muscles? Build your Mind!
There are many people who've trained for years, even decades, yet seem to make little progress or advancement in their training.
Now, doing training consistently is an achievement in itself. But I'm sure you'd like to get appropriate results from all that time you spend working out.
See, the problem isn't your genetics. You're not a hard gainer and you're not worse than anyone else.
The problem is that most people like to think that they're training hard to feel good about themselves.
You think you’ve done everything you can whereas in reality, you haven’t even begun to push the limits of what your body is capable of.
Why is this?
The first and most fundamental reason for your shortcomings is that you haven’t developed the quality of what I call Mind Over Body.
The thing about the majority of people is that their mind gives up long before their body does.
A weak mind ruling the body results in a weak body.
A strong mind ruling the body results in a strong body.
As such developing your mental strength and attitude towards training is elemental.
To build your strongest body you need to understand what is the source of all your power.
…And it’s not your muscles.
It’s your mind and your spirit which control how hard and how long your muscles work.
Your mind and spirit must be developed so they can rule as the kings that they are.
See, you can have the best genetics and talents but you will never know if you don’t learn to use your mind to push yourself.
Without sufficient intensity, there is no incentive for your body to develop and your skills to grow.
The second reason is that you’ve never had anyone to set an example of what it means to train hard and how to ignore the voices of weakness in your head.
With the right guidance and motivation everything becomes possible.
I’ve gone through this myself in Muay Thai, MMA and Kung Fu practices. I even learned this from old school bodybuilders.
But I have also experienced this as a coach guiding my students through tough workouts not letting anyone give up on themselves. The fulfillment that these people feel after breaking their limits is incomparable and well-earned.
Once you see what can be done there is no going back. You will carry the example for the rest of your life in every workout that you do.
As humans, we often like to take the easier route. This is why it’s crucial to have a coach or a trainer who looks past your comfort zone and shows you it’s okay to feel pressure and fatigue but still keep going.
We need someone who knows there is more in us than what we think!
You must have the ability to be totally ignorant of the voices in your head that tempt you to quit.
At some point, everyone has to stop but we never know how far the body can go unless we test it. And that point is definitely further than you can possibly think.
Any program out there can give you the workouts but very few show you what it really takes to make those workouts WORK.
In Warrior 20XX Method I will not only teach you multiple ways to strengthen your mind but I will also do every repetition of every set of every workout with you. Uncut. I literally sweat with you.
This is so you can experience first hand the kind of intensity and tenacity that is needed to get you to the next level.
Plus, we don’t rely on high intensity alone. Proper breathing and the correct exercise form are what allow you to push yourself freely without you needing to be afraid of hurting yourself.
This is where hard and smart come together and THIS is how you can also become absolutely unstoppable.
Build your toughest mind and the grittiness that only Warriors possess to get the body you’ve always wanted.
If you’re ready to test your limits and crush through them, then I invite you to join me at the arena of Warrior 20XX.
It’s time to step through.
See you on the other side.
